The following terms and conditions of sale apply to goods sold through the Nosewise webshop.

The coffee is sold as whole beans, filters, pods or capsules and is packed in a protective atmosphere. All goods are shipped in a proper packaging.
Shipment is made with PostNord, BING, GLS and in special cases by Nosewise. Delivery time depends on the destination of the recipient and the chosen delivery method. We ship at least 2 times a week depending on order access.
The risk of the goods is transferred to you as a buyer from the goods delivered to the supplier. We therefore recommend that you choose a shipping type with tracking wherever possible.
Return and withdrawal right
Food is not returned, including coffee. Other items are returned until 14 days after receipt.
If the goods are intact, unopened and in original packaging, the full amount will be refunded. If the item has been used, any impairment will be deducted from our assessment. As a customer, you are responsible for the costs that will be associated with returning the item.
The buyer must report a cancellation within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and then return the product to Nosewise no later than 14 days after. Nosewise makes repayment of the purchase amount to the customer within 14 days after we have received notice of withdrawal. However, after you have received the goods back or have received proof that the customer has returned the item, for example, a mail receipt.
It is possible to pay with Dankort, Visa / Dankort, eDankort, Eurocard, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay. Payment will be withdrawn from your account when dispatching the item. Payment is secure through www.epay.dk using SSL connections to protect all transactions.
Nosewise accepts any tax changes, price and correction errors, technical errors, sold items and force majeure.
